Environmental activist Erin Brockovich teams up with Weitz & Luxenberg

Prominent environmental activist Erin Brockovich is joining forces with the mesothelioma attorneys of Weitz & Luxenberg to advocate on behalf of people with asbestos related diseases such as mesothelioma and lung cancer.

Ms. Brockovich's work was instrumental in the $333 settlement of the chromium 6 pollution case against Pacific Gas and Electric Company. The amount represents the largest toxic tort injury settlement in U.S. history. Her investigative work in the case inspired the award winning film "Erin Brockovich."

Ms. Brockovich will be working with the mesothelioma lawyers and asbestos attorneys of Weitz & Luxenberg on a range of environmental issues including asbesotos. The asbestos lawyers of Weitz & Luxenberg look forward to fighting against the asbestos industry with the help of Erin Brockovich.
